At Rodent Shield, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Rodent Shield Energisers and Shield Barriers are supplied with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that if any faults occur due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Faults or defects in manufacturing.

  • Failures in normal use that occur within the 2-year warranty period.

  • Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

    • Supply replacement parts.

    • Provide technical support or advice to resolve the problem.

What You Need for Warranty Claims

To process a warranty claim, you will need to provide:

  • The original order number from your purchase (proof of purchase is essential).

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Photos or videos may also be requested to help us quickly identify the problem.

Once your claim is received, a member of our team will review the case and contact you with the next steps.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply where faults or damage are caused by:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

  • Failure to follow product instructions or safety guidelines.

  • Modifications or alterations to the product without prior consent from the manufacturer.

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., water ingress, power surges, accidental damage, pest interference outside of intended use).

Spare Parts & Replacement Costs

If a fault falls outside of warranty coverage (for example, in cases of misuse or accidental damage), the cost of spare parts, replacement units, and shipping may be charged to the customer. In such cases, we will always provide a clear quotation before proceeding with any repairs or replacements.

Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • In cases where the product is found to be beyond repair and a replacement is not possible, alternative solutions may be offered at our discretion.

  • Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
